Own office is located into 10th floor with beautiful view of Brno and far surrounding. Total place of office is 68m2 plus 32m2 of shared place (kitchen, 2x toilet, storage space). The actual office is divided by a partition into 2 rooms - an office and meeting room (see photo), both are equipped.
The fees for the services is included of the 24h service reception and security, post delivery, smart elevators, etc. The possibility of favorable rent a parking place in the underground garage.
All office is now free and available immediately. Potential renter must be VAT registered.
Rental is directly from the owner of office (without services of real estate agencies). I require a refundable deposit equal to one months rent.
