I offer long-term lease 2 bedrooms furnitured apartment on secound floor in a fourth floor building, Prague Dubec. The house is situated in a quiet location near the park Říčanka. Good access to metro Cerny Most, Skalka and Haje (including night connection). restaurants, Tesco, 7/11 kiosk, doctor, dentist, sports center (tennis, bowling, soccer), cycling, primary school and kindergarten all clouse by.
Monthly rent is 13 500 CZK (including internet) + 3500 CZK utilities + electricity 550 CZK (rewritten to the tenant). Deposit is 20 000 CZK.
