Byt se nachází v posledním patře rodinného činžovního domu. Dům je velmi klidný, majitel domu zde sám bydlí, společné prostory domu jsou po zdařilé rekonstrukci, byt se nachází v půdní vestavbě. V domě se nenachází žádné byty určené ke krátkodobému pronájmu a ani tento byt takto nebyl využíván. Byt je vybaven klimatizací instalovanou v roce 2020.
Byt nabízíme částečně vybavený, po dohodě je možné některé věci odstranit v případě podepsání delší nájemní smlouvy. V bytě je obytná kuchyň, ložnice s manželskou postelí a vstupem na horní galerii (možné přechodné spaní pro další dvě osoby, slouží především jako velký úložný prostor). Vybavení bytu včetně spotřebičů je starší a nebude již obnovováno (nadále chceme byt pronajímat jen se základním vybavením).
Nájemné:
* 14.500 Kč měsíčně + služby (500 Kč / osoba) + převod energií na nájemníka
* možnost také fixní platby ve výši 19.000 Kč měsíčně, která bude obsahovat nájemné, služby pro 2 osoby a energie (nezúčtovatelné)
V prostorách bytu a domu není dovoleno kouřit.
Stabilní počet obyvatel - max. 2. Z důvodu dispozice není vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi.
Apartmán je volný od října 2021.
Prohlídka možná po domluvě.
Nájemné je splatné předem, kauce je ve výši 17.500 Kč (v případě zahraničních studentů a osob s trvalým pobytem mimo EU je kauce 30.000Kč).

We offer you a comfortable private apartment located in a beautiful central quarter of Prague Vinohrady, 1 minute walk from metro station Namesti Miru. Quarter of Vinohrady is one of the nicest modern quarters of Prague (19th century). The neighborhood is quiet and safe and at the same time you can enjoy the traditional Prague night life: spending a nice time in one of hundreds of restaurants, cafés and typical wine bars around. The apartment house is family owned and there are no apartments used for short-time rentals in the building.
Enjoy our quiet private apartment with two rooms and a gallery. In the bedroom, there is a queen size bed for a couple. The gallery is accessible through the bedroom and can be used as a storage space or one-night sleeping for guests.
Description of the apartment:
• bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, commode, bedside tables and other minor equipment
• in the bedroom there are also stairs to the gallery that can be used as storage space or sleeping for two
• kitchen is currently equipped with some older equipment
• in the kitchen there is electric stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dishes and other equipment for everyday use (kettle, iron, clock, vacuum cleaner etc.)
- all equipment in the apartment is older but functional. It can stay there or we can move it out according to agreement. No further repairs or replacement of equipment foreseen.
• bathroom with a newly refurbished shower
• separate toilette
• aircondition unit (installed 2020)
Rent:
* CZK 14.500 per month + CZK 500 per person for water and house keeping + gas and electricity paid by tenant
* possible also a flat rate payment of CZK 19.000 per month incl. all fees and energies for 2 people
We can provide you a complete set of bedclothes and towels if you need. You can use the washing machine in the flat or a public laundromat located in the house. Cleaning during the stay can be arranged for a fee.
Payment in advance. Refundable deposit 17.500 CZK (in case of foreign students and non-EU citizens is the deposit 30.000 CZK).
Max. number of adult residents is 2.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
The apartment is available beginning of October 2021.
Apartment tour possible upon agreement.
