The apartment in size in the last 4th floor of the building with elevator located on prestige address of Royal Vineyards with panoramic view of Prague and the Prague Castle is located in the neighbourhood of Wenceslav Square and Rieger Gardens.

Beginning of the rent is immediately. At the beginning there will be made an agreement for a fixed period of 1 year with possible extension.

Rent payments will be always payable in advance the first day of the month.
