The apartment is oriented to the south, situated on the hill approx. 2.5 km from the Republic square (the very center of Pilsen) with a stunning view of the Pilsen landscape.
In the surounding area there are the Faculty of Medicine of Charles University, Lochotin Park with an amphitheater, botanical and zoological gardens.
The nearest bus stop is 100 meters away, Hospital in the distance of 2 km, nearest forest 3 km.

Energy costs are set per month (hot and cold water and other charges) approx. 3000 CZK (120 EUR), electricity usually 1.000 CZK (40 EUR) per month, fast internet 300 CZK (12 EUR).
Maximum allowed number of adults in the apartment are 2 (I prefer 1-2 adults only with no kids, the apartment is not quite suitable for a family).
