3bedroom newly renewed flat in a house at Baarovo nabrezi (Tomkovo namesti within walking distance) with 3 existing flat mates (1guy and a couple - mid twenties) looking for a flatmate to join them. The house has little garden in a backyard and is situated right by a river. Its 12min by tram to Hlavni nadrazi (Main station) or 12min by troleybus to Konecneho namesti. Flat was renewed 3years ago, each room is equiped with bed, wardrobe etc. very cosy.
Bathroom with shower, kitchen equiped – fridge, stove , oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.
Price for a room is 4500,- CZK. Pets negotiable.
