For shared use are a fully equipped kitchen including appliances with an area of 16.70 square meters, 2 bathrooms with toilets, one with bathtub and the other with shower + third separate WC, spacious living room with fireplace with an area of 38.65 square meters, terrace area of 15, 90 m2 with a view of Prague Castle and Vyšehrad with whirlpool and sauna, and 20.70 square meters of storage space (locker rooms).
Rent a room and share the use of common space is CZK 8500 and CZK 1427 to all house services, energy and internet. The room is unfurnished, but we can offer the basic furniture.
We are three single thirties, two man and a woman. Not just looking for someone who will pay the rent, but interesting person for sharing the apartment.
The room will be available from May 2015. Visit is possible anytime. The photos were taken before we equip the apartment.
