There is a door to the house from outside the garden and also from within the gated garden. Parking is available in the gated garden, which can also be used. The village has a bus for children to get to school or to go to town for shopping in Ceska Lipa or in Duba. There is also a convenient store in the village, as well as a pub with dining. It is fairly easy to get to Prague and back by bus, and just over an hour’s drive by car. The price is 4,000 Czech Crowns per month for rent plus utilities. I, the owner, use the flat next door at the weekends. I do some work there in the garden.
