Kromě kuchyňské linky byt obsahuje šatní skříně, dvě oddělené postele a 2 gauče. Dle dohody je ho možno zařídit plně. Dům leží v klidné ulici s bezproblémovým parkováním. V případě zájmu možnost parkovat vůz za pojezdovou bránou na pozemku domu. Autobus na metro Ládví cca 15min, v obci jsou dva obchody a restaurace, větší nákupní centrum včetně lékárny a další tři restaurace ve vedlejší obci Březiněves.
Cena je 12 000 Kč plus zúčtovatelné poplatky 3000, požaduji kauci ve výši jednoho nájmu včetně služeb. Prosím pouze nekuřáky a bez domácích mazlíčků, majitelé vlastní psa. Byt je volný k nastěhování od 1.4.2016. Nemám zájem o jakékoliv nabídky realitních služeb.
I am renting a flat 3+1 with an area of about 120m2 in the village Bořanovice (Prague-east). This is in the 1st floor of a family house with a separate entrance via an outside staircase.The apartment consists of three large rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with corner bath and WC separate. There is also a balcony with an area of about 15m2. The house was built in 2004 and is insulated, according to an energy intensity certificate - energy class B. The apartment has laminate flooring and has been freshly painted. Kitchen includes cabinets, washing machine, dishwasher, oven,stove, refrigerator and hood. In addition to the furnished kitchen, the apartment includes three wardrobes and 2 beds. According to the agreement it is possible to have the apartment fully furnished. The house is situated on a quiet street with easy parking. If interested, you can park the car behind the automatic sliding gate on the property of the house. Bořanovice is a peaceful village with two shops and a restaurant. It is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Ladvi by bus, 7 minutes by car.
The price is CZK 12,000 plus fees CZK 2500-3000(depending), plus one month security deposit. Please only non-smoking and no pets. Owners have a dog. Flat is going to be free from 1.4.2016.
