I am offerring a furnished 1KK apartment for long term from July 1,24 near Wenceslav Square, with large park Folimanka nearby. All shops and services nearby as well. BILLA across the street.
Entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, bathroom (with a separate toilet), a washing machine, and a living room with a new kitchen. 5th floor, with elevator. Metro station I.P. Pavlova is a 10 minute walk, tram 1 min. from the apartment.
Suitable for one or two people and free immediately. I prefer a long-term contract (several years), minimum lease period 1 year.
The rent is 12500 CZK, fees are 1,500 CZK, electricity meter and gas meter copy to the tenant. Refundable deposit 25000 CZK.
The apartment tour will take place on thursdayay, June 20, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m depending on how who comes. I will have two copies of the reservation contract with me. If someone signs it and at the same time as they pay the reservation fee – cash bail, then I will no longer offer the apartment.
