I rent a very nice, reconstructed (new floors, heating system, painted flat 2+kk (two rooms) fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in closet, WC outside of the bathroom, storage space, fridge and washing machine. This flat is in a few years old building, on the ground floor, located in a beautiful and quiet location. Our apartment is just 3 minutes away from the subway station Jinonice and 10 min from the center of the city. The night connection is also very good. Flat is just 100 m far from Charles University, so this flat is also available for students. I am looking for responsible long-term renter/renters.
