Hi, we are renting out a very nice flat in a newly constructed building 1+kk (one room and kitchen corner) + terrace in Zahradnickova, close to Motol, Prague 5, about 3 minutes walk from the tram stop called Postovka and about 15 minutes from metro line A called Motol. The flat is about 40m2 + private approx 25m2 terrace. The flat consists of 1 big room in L shape, the bed is situated behind the corner / visually separated from the rest of the room. There is a kitchen corner and a table with chairs in the room. When you enter the flat, you come to a small corridor with wardrobes on the right side and the door to the bathroom on your left. The terrace can be accessed from the main room. All the basic appliances and furniture are provided by us. Last year there was overall renovation of the apartment / new tile floor, painting, new kitchen, new bathroom - pictures show before we moved in the furniture. There are night trams very close and taking a tram from Postovka, you will be in Andel (one of Prague’s centres with shopping centre, theatres, pubs, discos...) within 8 minutes.
