Hi, we are renting out a very nice flat in a newly constructed building 1+kk (one room and kitchen corner) + terrace in Zahradnickova, close to Motol, Prague 5, about 3 minutes walk from the tram stop called Postovka and about 15 minutes from metro line A Motol, 10 minutes by tram to Andel. The flat is about 30m2 + private terrace of approx 20m2. The flat consists of 1 big room in L shape, the bed is situated behind the corner / visually separated from the rest of the room. There is a kitchen corner and a table with chairs on the left and sofa with a small table and a TV on the right. When you enter the flat, you come to a small corridor with built- in wardrobes on the right side and the door to the bathroom on your left. The terrace can be accessed from the main room. All the basic appliances and furniture are provided by us. Recently, there was an overall renovation of the apartment / new tile floor, painting, new kitchen, new bathroom - pictures show before we moved in the furniture. There are night trams very close.
