We’re renting a renovated apartment 2 rooms + kitchen, 66 square meters in the upper ground floor of a brick house. There is a basement available – 4,2square meters. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Divoká Šárka nature reserve. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, school, post office. The Prague British School is only 5 minutes away on foot.

The rooms are 22 and 15 square meters big. The kitchen is 15 and the bathroom 10m (bath, shower stall, toilet and bidet).

There is wooden flooring in the rooms and laminate floor in the kitchen, there are tiles in the bathroom.

There is a direct connection to Václav Havel Airport (10 min). The metro station Veleslavín (line A) is only 5 minutes away by bus.

Free parking is available in front of the building or in the surrounding streets - blue zones. Non smokers only and no pets allowed. Monthly rent is 14 000 Kč + 2 500 /2 person.
