There is a wooden sleeping loft, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a washing machine, and high-speed Wi-Fi included in the rent. Heating is provided by energy-efficient electric storage heaters.
The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to Karlín Square. The Křižíkova metro station is a 5-minute walk away, as are tram lines (8, 24). Florenc is reachable within 10 minutes. Street parking is available in front of the building. This is an excellent location in the wider city center, surrounded by greenery, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, fitness centers, and outdoor paths for running or relaxation.
No agency or management fees are charged. I am looking for a reliable tenant and offer a hassle-free rental throughout the duration of the lease, transparent billing for utilities and energy, technical support, maintenance and repairs, the option to extend the lease, and issuance of accommodation confirmation documents (e.g., for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or other authorities).
