We rent a nice, spaciou apartment. It was completely renovated in 2002. The apartment is not furnished and consists of a living kitchen(22 m²), a bedroom (20 m²), a bathroom, a pantry and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a large fitted kitchen with gas stove and built-in refrigerator. The floors are parquet, linoleum in the hall, there are tiles in the bathroom and toilet . Heating provides own gas boiler.
The bathroom is equipped by a tie hanger for laundry at the ceiling.
There is a storage space above the pantry and toilet.
You can use the cellar, cycle store and a shared balcony. The location has very good transport links (bus and tram station nearby, two stops to a metro station). There are parks nearby - Parukářka and Vítkov.
The fees will be charged according to your actual consumption, we think that the final amount will be lower.
You can start living here from 1/1/2015.
