It is a spacious one-bedroom apartment, perfectly located at 10 minute walk from Vaclavsky Namesti. You will enjoy the quietness and charm of a real neighbourhood or the great "Riegrovy sady" parc.
The Price include everything within reasonable limits : building charges, electricity, gas, water, WiFi, TV, Washing machine, HD projector for watching GIGANTIC films :-) All you need to bring is yourself! It comfortably houses 1-2 people.
You can pay by wire in EUR, USD, CKZ, HUF and 1 month deposit is required.
Parking is free overnight in "U Rajské zahrady" street, Grocery store, Greek restaurant, Burger place, Pizza restaurant, Wine bar, all within 100 meters !
Owner speaks French, English, and Czech fluently and can use hand gestures and charades for the rest :)
