Excellent transport accessibility (15 minutes by public transport to the center without transfer) and civic amenities, lots of greenery. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a kitchenette with a pantry, a room, a dressing room and next to the apartment there is a small room for storing things (sports equipment, tools, bicycles, etc.). The Internet is installed in the apartment, the tenant may signs a contract with the provider, not included in the rental price. The price of the fee for energy and services already includes an increase in energy prices from suppliers. The apartment is suitable for one to two people. I prefer a long-term lease.
