I would like to rent to a Czech speaker (male or female)

Someone not too noisey in apartment but would be happy to go for drinks and socialise outside :)

I am an English teacher ( kids mostly but also adults) so if you want to learn English it could be perfect :)

Room is quite big, small hall , kitchen and shared bathroom and seperate toilet. ( washing machine, shower\bath, fridge\freezer) , working intercom system.

VERY safe building, electronic key access.

Apartment is in quiet building so obviously would like quiet room mate.

Rent is 5000kc + Deposit (5000kc)
