The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with the needs for flatmates of 3 to 5 people. All rooms have separate entrances from the hall and gas heating. Room sizes (south to the street) are 24 m2 and 21 m2, room size to the yard is 16 m2 plus a cloakroom and a storage room, the kitchen has 17 m2. There is a tram stop in front of the house, metro A is a 10-minute walk or 2 tram stops away. In the case of permanent residence, there is the possibility of parking in the blue zone near the house.
The rent is CZK 18,000 per month. Advance payments for all energy and services, including the Internet (150 Mbit) are CZK 5,000 per month for 3 people + CZK 600 for each additional person. The total payment is CZK 23,000 per month for 3 people. Refundable deposit is 23,000 CZK.
The lease agreement is possible from 1 February for 1 year, with the assumption of repeated extension, always for 1 year. Rents will increase by the inflation rate for the previous year each time the contract is extended.
