Hey, we are offering a large sunny room in a comfortable 3bedroom flat in Vinohrady approx. 1 min walk from the metro station Jiriho z Podebrad. The flat has a great location conveniently close to everything important in Vinohrady / Zizkov area (Riegrovy sady, Palac Akropolis, farmers‘ market on JZP, night tram stop etc.)
The room is about 25 m2 and partly furnished (double bed, desk and shelves), but the funiture can be moved away should you prefer to bring your own. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The total rent for the room including internet and all other utilities is CZK 8.500 per month. Deposit of 1 month’s rent is payable upon signing the contract. The room is available from mid August / beginning of September. Long term rental (min 6 months) preferred.
We are 2 young professionals speaking English, Czech, German and we welcome both students and professionals, expat or local.
