Ahoj,
nabízíme neprůchozí pokoj na Renneské třídě ve zrekonstruovaném a
zatepleném bytě. Naše bydlení je plně vybavené - pračka, lednička, myčka,
mikrovlnka, sporák s el. troubou a další užitečné spotřebiče. Byt se nachází na
trase 8, zastávka, Vojtova nebo Vsetínská, cca 2 minuty od zastávky Celní (2, 5,
6, 7) a 5 minut od zastávky Křídlovická (60, 61, 84). V blízkém okolí bytu
neleznete obchody jako Lidl nebo Interspar, pekárnu, Fitness centrum,
cykloztezku ... Pokoj má cca 15m2, je situovaný do zahrady, takže je tu opravdu
klid. Celkově se jedná o byt 3+1, teď tu bydlíme pracovně studentský pár v
jednom pokoji a pracující kluk v druhém pokoji, byli bysme tak rádi za posílení
ženského osazení bytu :-) ale není to nezbytné.
Cena je 5250,- měsíčně, + 100,- za internet.

Nice room for one person in nice flat next to Spielber offices / 10 mins to centre
Hello,
We offer single room for one person at Renneská 15 in nice flat. Flat is reconstructed and fully equipped – washing machine, frigde, dishwasher, microwace etc..
There is good transportation to the centre, close to the flat are tram stops Vojtova and Vsetinská, tram no. 8. In surroundings are: Lidl, Interspar, Sport centrum, Bauhaus and bakery.
Room has appox. 15M2, situated to the garden, window to the east.
Flat is 3+1, occupied by 3 people, couple and one guy – workers&students.
As the room left girl and we would like to keep the flat “gender balanced” :-) girls are preffered.
But we would welcome every nice, tidy and friendly person, boy or girl...
Price for the room is 5250 CZK + approx. 100 for internet, plus there is deposit of course – one month rent in advance.
