We rent a flat located on a magic spot on the Národní třída. A beautiful, unfurnished flat (2 + kk + a room for a washing machine + a changing room), 96 square meters with a view onto a Gothic chruch of St. Martin. As for the equipment of the flat, there is a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, a glasceramic cooker and a fridge. The flat is very quiet (oriented at the noiseless Martinská ulice), and at the same time in the centre of city; you can reach an underground within 1 minute or go shopping into the My-TESCO department store with a food supermarket (that's a priceless advantage in the heart of Prague), or to the market on the Havelský trh with fresh fruit and vegetables. ADSL Internet connection also available, as well as a cellar (8 square meters) and an oppurtinity to parking. The flat has undergone an overall reconstruction recently, but there are original Art Nouveau details maintained. The flat is free for moving in since March 20. Rent: 16.900 Kč + fees 200 Kč/per person + bill for electricity.
