Apartment 1+ kitchen corner of 35 m2 is located in a brick house and the windows are facing south to a quiet courtyard. The apartment is completely renovated and it is partially furnished - washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, stove, vacuum cleaner, etc. The former tenant had the furniture removed, so there is no furniture as opposed to the photos.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the metro station Zelivskeho, 3 minutes from the tram (day, night).
The apartment is non-smoking, pet free and I prefer long-term rental. Price 10590 CZK + utilities approx. 1500 CZK. Refundable deposit of two months rent. The tenant arranges for electricity and the Internet immediately after signing the contract.
I will ask the tennant for an extract from the criminal record and a confirmation of debt free.
