we would like to rent apartment out located on street Na Rovni, Prague 6. Its a nice quiet residential area.
Its a 4+KK (2 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC). It is around 80m2, in a family house. Apartment is being offered unfurnished.
There is also parking available and a big garden out the back. Storage space in basement as well. Probably best suited to family with kids or else a few people sharing.
We have repainted the apartment, retiled bathrooms and kitchens and put in new wooden floors (finishing it all up within a week or so). The exterior is being done up a bit too.
Its very near Ladronka park and Hvezda. The tram stop for the 18 tram is basically 2 mins walk away. Shops nearby are Billa, Kaufland.
