We have for rent duplex apartment size 115m2 in Prague 3 - Zizkov. There are four bedrooms - 9 and 22 m2 upstairs (slanted walls), 15 and 25 m2 downstairs, kitchen and dressing room. The largest room can be used as a living room, which was originally intended. The bathroom has both, shower bath and tub, plus washing machine; toilet is separated. The floors, doors and stairs are made of oak. The modern glossy beige-vanilla kitchen has in-built electric stove, owen and dishwasher, plus a big fridge. Internet is part of the rent, ground phone available. The flat has it`s own heat and hot water boiler. The location is very attractive, it`s near the center of Prague and a nice park Riegrovy sady. Trams # 5,9, and 26 approx.5min and metro “A” line, Jiriho z Podebrad, approx.10min. walking distance.
Price is 18.500 Kc + services 300 Kc per person + own use of gas and electricity (approx.1500-2000/month).
