The flat is located on 9th floor of a "panel house". Private ownership, sold directly from the owner.
It is light, south-oriented and has a nice view.
Good public transport access with trams no. 3, 17, 21 and buses no. 117, 165.
The flat 73 m2 + balcony, with a storage room in the hallway and one more storage room in the basement of the house.
The rooms are separate (no walk-throughs). The kitchen was refurbished and there's a stove with glass ceramic electric top and a dishwasher. One room and the hall is equipped with white built-in wardrobes. The bathroom was renewed and the bath and the toilet are separate.
There are only 3 apartments altogether on the floor.
The apartment is in a tranquil street, there's a forest in nearby area and natural protected territory is close as well. The popular skating path along the river Vltava is accessible with only 5 minutes by tram.
There's a kindergarten situated right next to the house and primary school with specilized language education is within 5 minutes walk. Children playground is outside the house too.
