The terraced semi-detached house in Stuttgart-Stammheim was completely gutted and renovated in 2026 and will be rented out for the first time after the renovation, with first occupancy from December 2026. As a corner house, it is free on three sides and borders directly on its own garden and a quiet, undeveloped area. The entrance is accessible at street level. The plot of land for the residential building is approximately 212 m².

Nearly everything is new: the heating system, pipes and sanitary installations, the windows, the facade—including insulation—the custom carpentry kitchen, new bathroom and toilet, parquet flooring and the interior oak staircase, the interior doors, the front door, as well as the garden (some work is still not completed).

Ground floor: Open and bright living and dining kitchen with a custom-made carpenter’s kitchen. A large sliding door leads to the terrace and garden. A spacious hallway features a toilet, washbasin, and mirror.

1. Inquiry by Email or Contact Form:

Please write to me expressing your interest in the house and include your name, address, telephone number, and your desired move-in date. Without this information, I cannot consider your inquiry. If you wish, you may also share a little about yourself. This is voluntary; inquiries without this additional information will be treated the same.

2. Online Viewing:

Suitable interested parties will be invited to an online viewing via a web meeting. There, we will get to know each other, and I will show you the house in detail with photos and videos.

If you remain interested afterward, I will send you a form for tenant self-disclosure, which covers, for example, the number of people moving in, your occupation(s), and your monthly net income.

3. On-Site Viewing:

Suitable interested parties will receive an invitation for an on-site viewing. If you then make it to the final selection, I will need the following from you:

– Proof of income, e.g. the last three payslips

– A certificate of no rental arrears from your current landlord or a comparable proof of timely rental payments

4. Before Signing the Contract:

Before we sign the rental contract, I request a current SCHUFA report (credit report for landlords).

Data Protection:

I use your information exclusively for selecting tenants for this house. Documents from interested parties who are not selected will be deleted after the rental is finalized.
