The centrally located building in the heart of Lengfeld was completed in 2020. It was constructed using solid insulation bricks. The bright and large windows are equipped with triple glazing. The windows feature plastic roller shutters in permanently integrated roller shutter boxes with electric drive. The roof windows have also been fitted with external roller shutters with electric drive. The apartments will feature genuine wood parquet flooring, while the kitchen areas will have tiled floors. All apartments are equipped with a regulated air supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery, which can optionally be fitted with an allergen pollen filter. The heating on each floor is provided by a gas boiler for each apartment, which supplies the underfloor heating, the bathroom radiator, and hot water. All bathrooms are equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. There is space in the bathroom for a washing machine and dryer. A satellite system is available for TV reception.
