The floors are tiled, and the living room features newly renovated parquet flooring. Heating is central.
There is a nice view of Košíře and greenery. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but the windows seal well. A Lidl store is located about 50 meters from the building.
Please, no pets allowed.
The rent is 17,000 CZK, with fees of 3,500 CZK per person, and an additional person for +500 CZK. Electricity will be transferred to the tenant's name. A deposit of 2 months' rent is required.
