Among other features, the apartment offers a comfortable living room with antique furniture, a bay window with a desk and a smart flat-screen TV, as well as a spacious eat-in kitchen well equipped with various appliances and furnishings from WMF. In the bedroom, you will find a large 140 x 200 cm bed with a high-quality (Tempur) mattress, plenty of shelf space, and generous storage for your clothes. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a window. There is no possibility for neighbors to peek in from either side – the view is always of green trees.

Operating and heating costs—as well as electricity (with normal consumption)—are billed as a flat rate of 260 EUR. Internet costs (100 MBit) will be added separately if needed (it is already connected and available).

It may even be possible to arrange for a later move-in, around mid-November or December 1, 2026.

The Sprengl Kiez offers numerous lively cafés, restaurants, and bars in the immediate vicinity. Shops, cultural venues, and a pharmacy are within easy walking distance. Despite its quiet location, the apartment is very well connected to public transport. Both the U6 and Tram 13 are reachable in just a few minutes on foot. By bicycle, you can leisurely ride alongside the river to Berlin Central Station in about 10 minutes. Nearby parks offer additional space for recreation.
