The apartment is entered through a spacious hallway. From here, all rooms are accessed separately – without any through rooms. The floor plan makes the apartment seem much more spacious than the approximately 63 m² might suggest. LAN connections are available in the hallway, living room, and bedroom.

The highlight is the large living and dining area. A wide band of windows and the floor-to-ceiling balcony door let in plenty of daylight. There is room simultaneously for a sofa, dining table, and workspace. From here, you step directly onto the covered balcony with an awning. The apartment includes its own basement storage compartment. An underground garage parking space can optionally be rented for €90 per month.

Olching is located about 20 km west of Munich in the Fürstenfeldbruck district (approx. 28,000 inhabitants). It is a quiet small town with very good connections to the greater Munich area.

The apartment is situated on a quiet residential street about 1.1 km east of the Olching center, right at the edge of fields. Everyday needs are easily accessible on foot or by bike.

Transport: Olching S-Bahn station (S3) is a few minutes by bike, the Cronenbergstraße bus stop is within walking distance, and the Dachau/Fürstenfeldbruck motorway interchange is a few minutes by car.

Shopping: Supermarkets, bakeries, and drugstores are in the area, with the Schwaigfeld shopping center reachable by bike.

Education: Elementary and secondary schools as well as a high school are just a few minutes away on foot, with kindergartens in the immediate vicinity.

Recreation: Olching Lake, the Amperauen and Dachauer Moos, cafés and restaurants in town.
