We are offering for rent two adjoining office rooms with a total area of approximately 55 m² in our shared office in Berlin-Neukölln.

We ourselves are Weltrecorder, a film and production company, and we work here with a small team in a relaxed, creative office community.

The two rooms are right next to each other and form their own separate area within the office. Especially convenient: the rooms have their own entrance, so you can work relatively independently from the rest of the office.

Room 1: approx. 40 m²

Room 2: approx. 15 m²

The rooms are well suited for a small team, an agency, a production company, a start-up, or other creative/commercial uses.

We offer the rooms furnished upon request with desks and good office chairs as shown in the pictures. Alternatively, they can also be handed over empty.

The shared office includes a nice, fully equipped kitchen that can be used by everyone. Electricity and internet are already included in the service charge.

Since we also do film and audio production, there is additionally a soundproof booth and editing rooms that can be rented separately if needed.

The location is very central in Neukölln, between S Hermannstraße and S Neukölln. Both train stations can be reached quickly on foot. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shopping opportunities all around.

It’s important to us that there is also a good personal fit: We are a friendly and uncomplicated office community with a creative working atmosphere – focused working, but not an anonymous office building.
