We rent a bright and quietly located office of approximately 47 m² on Emserstraße in Berlin-Neukölln. The office has a separate entrance and consists of three well-proportioned rooms.

The largest room is bright and quiet and offers space for 2–3 workstations. In addition, there is a separate single office as well as a meeting room with a large table.

The office is rented furnished as shown in the photos. Desks, office chairs, and meeting furniture are included in the rental price; computers, monitors, and other technical equipment are not. Upon agreement, unfurnished rental is also possible.

The office includes its own toilet. An office kitchen in our neighboring office rooms can be shared after arrangement and is accessible via the corridor.

The rooms feature high ceilings, large windows, and a lovely old building character. Due to their layout, they are very well suited for a small team, an agency, a startup, or freelancers who need both shared workspaces and a separate room for focused work and meetings.

The office is located on Emserstraße in Neukölln, centrally yet pleasantly quiet at the same time. The S-Bahn station Hermannstraße and the U-Bahn station Leinestraße can be reached quickly on foot. Cafés, restaurants, and shopping opportunities are plentiful in the immediate vicinity.

The Körnerpark is practically around the corner and is ideal for a lunch break or a coffee in the greenery. The Tempelhofer Feld is also not far away.
