Instead of finishing the renovations and renting it out at a high price, we’re taking a different approach: you get to design your future home yourself – and we cover the cost of the materials.

In one sentence: You bring your time, manpower, and ideas, while we provide the materials, expertise, and 5 months rent-free.

What We Provide

• Complete material costs, coordinated in advance: floor coverings, wallpaper, plasterboard, paint, tiles, sanitary fittings, and electrical materials

• 5 months rent-free during the renovation phase

• Hands-on support for heavy work and technical questions – you won’t be on your own on site

Electrical Work: You Plan, the Specialist Executes

The electrical system will be completely renewed as part of the renovation. You decide where sockets, switches, and light outlets should be placed – anyone who has lived in an apartment with only two outlets per room knows how valuable that is. After coordination, you can cut channels and install flush-mounted boxes yourself. Installation, wiring, and final approval will be carried out by a qualified electrician.

The Concept Is Already in Operation

The neighboring apartment on the same floor has been rented out following the same model and is currently being renovated by the new tenant. We know that it works – and you’ll gain a neighborhood that understands why the power tools are humming on the weekend.
