The concept: Joint Renovation

The apartment will be handed over in its current condition. We will support you as follows:

Materials: As agreed in advance, we will cover the full costs for flooring, wallpaper, drywall, paint, tiles, sanitary fixtures, and electrical installations as arranged. Additionally, you will not have to pay rent for 5 months.

Personal Contribution: You will carry out the renovation work (painting, flooring, installation) on your own.

Support: You won’t be left on your own. We will actively assist you with technical questions or heavy tasks.

The electrical system must be renewed as part of the renovation. We will work hand in hand on this:

Your Planning: You decide where you need power outlets, switches, or light fixtures.

Preparation: In consultation, you can cut channels or install flush-mounted boxes.

Professional Execution: The proper installation, wiring, and the final approval must be carried out by a qualified electrical contractor.
