The country house is located right in the town center, just about a 10-minute walk (500 m) from the Porsche complex. A bus stop for the Porsche plant is also directly nearby, approximately 20 m away. The immediate surroundings and the street are exceptionally quiet, making it safe for children to play outdoors. There is abundant parking available right in front of the house. The nearest highway exit on the A8 is about 5 km away. You can easily reach a supermarket, bakeries, a butcher’s shop, a post office, a drugstore, and more within just a 1-2 minute walk.

No loud noises or disruptive behavior is allowed after 10 p.m. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. The rental price applies for one person; for two people, an additional 125 EUR per month; for three people, arrangements can be made. For stays of under three months, an extra 7% VAT applies. Daily rates are available by agreement, with a minimum stay of five nights.

An additional end-of-stay cleaning fee will be applied according to the length of stay, ranging between 90 EUR and 220 EUR.
