The tastefully furnished apartment is located on the 4th floor (attic) of our building.

Our residential house is situated on a quiet side street above the pedestrian zone leading to the Rathausgalerie in Elberfelder Nordstadt.

Elberfelder Nordstadt, with its ornate facades and courtyards from the Gründerzeit, is extremely popular with artists and students.

The nearby Nordbahntrasse increases the attractiveness of the location. You can take long walks or bike rides along it for hours. The trail is just a few minutes' walk away.

For students or aspiring doctors who wish to work in Wuppertal clinics, the surrounding hospitals can be reached quickly.

If you teach at Bergische Universität or secure a study place here, you can get to the cafeteria without having to change means of transport.

It is only a 2-minute drive to the highway, at the A46 exit Katernberg.

The living/sleeping area faces the courtyard with an open view over the rooftops.

A deposit of 1600€ is to be provided after the contract is signed.

After the end of your rental period, the apartment must be left in a clean and well-maintained condition. A mandatory final cleaning fee will be charged starting at 125€ depending on the time and effort required.

Smokers always have the option to smoke in our landscaped courtyard (or under a glass roof in case of rain).
