The parcels, which are about 6–7 m high, are part of a hall built in a wooden frame (skeleton) construction with sandwich panel walls. It is insulated and has a polished concrete floor, LED ceiling lights (upon agreement), and an emergency exit door within a manual roller shutter measuring approx. 4.5 m x 4 m (H x W).

Optionally, heated office containers can be placed inside the hall or rented upon agreement. Alternatively, a first floor can be added at your own expense.

The hall’s floor is polished but not yet sealed. It is durable enough to be driven on by trucks and forklifts.

There is a common toilet accessible to all tenants with a sink, WC, and urinal, which is cleaned once a week.
