This apartment was comprehensively renovated about ten years ago. A new gas boiler was installed and the bathroom was renewed. In the living room and the bedroom, laminate flooring was laid. The fitted kitchen is in decent condition and still in good shape, so it can serve the new owner well for many years to come.

In 2022, the old wooden roof windows were replaced with new Velux plastic roof windows equipped with electric exterior shutters. The building itself is very well maintained.
