The apartment consists of two fully furnished rooms, a spacious kitchen with a large, shared loggia, a bright bathroom with daylight, a wardrobe, a hallway, and a storage room. It comes equipped with a dishwasher, oven and stove, washer‑dryer, a separate refrigerator for each tenant, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery, and fast Wi‑Fi. In the storage room you will also find a vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.
