The apartment consists of two fully furnished rooms plus a spacious kitchen, a bright, daylight‑filled bathroom, a hallway with wardrobe space, and a storage room. It comes with a dishwasher, a washer‑dryer, two refrigerators, and fast WiFi. It’s ideal for working professionals looking for shared accommodation for a limited period. The room on offer is move‑in ready and has everything you need for a comfortable everyday life. The apartment is designed so that shared activities are possible—but never obligatory.

The apartment is located in a quiet yet central part of Alterlangen. The city center is just a short walk or bike ride away, providing excellent access to central shopping options. Public transport connections are superb—the nearest bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk away.

The individually used room faces west and has its own loggia (balcony) for relaxing outdoors. It is arranged into a living area, a dining/work area, and a quiet sleeping area.

The room is fully furnished with a 1.40‑m wide bed, a large wardrobe, a sideboard with a TV, an extendable table with two chairs, an armchair with a footstool, a nightstand, a floor lamp by the armchair, and a pendant lamp above the table.
