Pravidla:
Ctíme ticho, důstojnost, lidský kontakt a kulturu "podání ruky". Žádný digitální hluk, pouze autentická přítomnost. Pokud hledáte běžný hotel nebo místo pro hlučné večírky, toto místo pro vás nebude to pravé.
Podmínky vstupu do rezidence:
Z důvodu zachování atmosféry a filozofie prostoru je bezpodmínečně vyžadován osobní souhlas (schválení) Mistra před jakýmkoli potvrzením pobytu a předáním klíčů. Platba na portálu je pouze žádostí o rezervaci, nikoliv potvrzením smlouvy. Vyhrazujeme si právo odmítnout zájemce bez udání důvodu.
Finanční aspekt:
Jde o podporu a udržení chodu tohoto unikátního uměleckého prostoru. Návrh příspěvku na provoz (nájem) a podmínky Vám rádi sdělíme při osobním jednání nebo po schválení profilu.

Conditions for entry into the residence:
To preserve the atmosphere and philosophy of the space, personal consent (approval) by the Master is absolutely required before confirming any stay and handing over the keys. Payment on the portal is merely a reservation request, not a contract confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse applicants without giving a reason.
Financial Aspect:
This is about supporting and maintaining the operation of this unique artistic space. We will gladly share the suggested contribution for operating costs (rent) and the conditions during a personal meeting or upon profile approval.
