The kitchen, which is accessed via a small hall with storage space for suitcases and other items, offers the necessary comfort for a small household and is fully equipped. The bathroom, complete with a heated towel rack, has been modernly designed along with the kitchen. The communal facilities are clean and well maintained. The nearest S- and U-stations for public transportation are Rathaus Steglitz (S1 and U9), Südende (S25), and Attilastraße (S2). All these stations can be reached by bus within 5-10 minutes.

The apartment is particularly attractive for those who study or work at FU Berlin, the Charité Campus Benjamin Franklin, or in Potsdam.
