On the ground floor, you will find a new kitchen unit, refrigerator, stove, and dining table; a bathroom with a toilet and shower; a water heater; and a connection for a washing machine. The floors are tiled. Upstairs, there are two rooms. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove, with the option of electric heaters as well. The plot includes one designated parking space. Davle is situated at the confluence of the Vltava and Sázava rivers and offers all necessary amenities. There is good access to Prague (a 25-minute bus ride to Smíchov metro) as well as a nearby train station. The price is 10,000 CZK per month plus electricity based on direct consumption; other costs (water) are included in the rent. A deposit of 10,000 CZK is required. No calls from real estate agencies.
