The Market of Hohenwart hereby announces that an undeveloped property (Am Sonnbichl 4) in the Kerschberg II development area is being offered for sale to the highest bidder. The property is situated near the town center of Hohenwart as well as near the school and kindergarten/day care center. The land covers an area of 534 square meters. The exact location of the property can be obtained from the municipal administration. A site plan is attached.

On 21.09.2026, during the non-public municipal council meeting, the bids will be opened and the property awarded. Offers must be submitted by no later than Monday, 21.09.2026 at 12:00 noon at the town hall. Please address your offer in a sealed envelope marked “Offer for the allocation of the building plot Kerschberg II” to the Market of Hohenwart, Marktplatz 2, 86558 Hohenwart.

The auction will be conducted on the principle of the highest bid. The highest bidder will be awarded the property, provided that the bid meets the minimum price of €288,360. The sale of the property is made as seen and without any warranty.

Should the highest bidder fail to sign the purchase contract within 30 days after the auction, the community reserves the right to award the property to the second-highest bidder. Following the sale, construction must commence within 5 years and be completed no later than 8 years from the sale date.

The community reserves the right to withdraw or modify the tender without providing any reasons.
