In the living area, the large designer sectional couch invites you to relax while gazing at the world-famous tent roof structure of the Olympic Stadium. Here you will also find a smart TV and a Sonos speaker.

The kitchen is completely equipped with quality appliances from well-known brand and design manufacturers – including a stainless steel countertop and sink, an induction hob from Bora, a Siemens dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric juicer, Fissler pots, and WMF cutlery.

Upon request, we are also happy to provide a microwave and an electric grill for the balcony.

In the beautiful daylight bathroom you will find a large walk-in shower and a heated towel rack, as well as a Bosch washing machine and dryer.

In the bedroom, the large, comfortable bed (1.80 x 2 m) provides a restful night’s sleep. The blinds throughout the apartment can be conveniently operated electrically.

A large wardrobe (2 m wide) offers plenty of storage space.

A small Turkish grocery store is located just across the street, and larger supermarkets (Penny, Rewe) are just a few hundred meters away.

Every Friday, not far away, the Milbertshofen weekly market takes place, where you can buy fantastic regional products.

In the heart of Schwabing, you are only one or two stops away by tram or subway.

For rental contracts up to one year, a flat rate rent of €1,890 can be agreed upon.
