We offer for rent 6 spacious double rooms with their own modern bathrooms in a tastefully renovated historic log cabin. This is ideal accommodation for university students, young couples, and anyone seeking a peaceful, comfortable, and quality living space close to nature.
On the ground floor, there are 2 rooms (one of which is advertised here), a utility room, and a 33 m² common room featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen. In the attic, you will find 4 more rooms, each with its own bathroom. The entire log cabin will be fully and comfortably equipped for a maximum of 12 people.
Rental price including utilities:
• Rooms up to 20 m² – CZK 7,500 per person/month, with double occupancy (total CZK 15,000 per month per room)
• Rooms up to 27 m² – CZK 8,500 per person/month, with double occupancy (total CZK 17,000 per month per room)
It is possible to rent a room for only one person; however, in such cases, the price charged is the full amount for double occupancy.
There is parking available directly at the house, as well as a spacious garden, forests, cycling paths, and hiking trails. The tram stop is approximately a 5-minute walk away, and the train station is an 8-minute walk.
Move-in is available from September 2026. The garden and façade will be completed in 2027. You must see it.
