Who would like to live in a communal housing project?

I am selling my beautiful, light-filled apartment in the residential project “Wilde Rosen” in Wulfsdorf/Ahrensburg near Hamburg.

The Apartment:

The 3-room apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via its own external staircase. The living area is designed with an open layout. In addition, there are two separate rooms, a cloakroom niche in the hallway, a full bathroom, and a storage room. Right in front of the house, there is a shed that offers space for three bicycles and more. There are wooden-framed windows on three sides (end apartment). In the open plan living/dining room the windows extend from floor to ceiling, and an interior window allows the evening sun to filter a bit into the kitchen. On the cozy balcony, you have plenty of privacy to sit comfortably. The entire apartment is fitted with oak strip parquet, with only the bathroom being tiled. The Residential Project:

Our project has existed since 2007. That year, we began planning with Conplan, and by 2010 we were already able to move in. We are a neighborhood and communal project, which is why I am looking for new residents who are just as enthusiastic about that lifestyle. You are not only acquiring an apartment but also your share of the large property with plenty of communal assets. The grounds offer lots of green spaces, play areas, sports fields, etc. We have a lovely, spacious communal room with a kitchen and bathroom that can also be rented for private events, as well as a guest apartment. Additionally, there is a workshop, carsharing, a pizza oven, gardens, horses, chickens, bees, a barter palace, and much more. All of this is shaped by the people who live here, so there is plenty of room for possibilities and encounters.

Wulfsdorf is located between Hamburg Volksdorf and Ahrensburg, right in the midst of nature. From here, various beautiful walking paths lead through the countryside. The Bredenbeker Pond, which offers swimming opportunities, as well as Gut Wulfsdorf with its farm shop, ice cream parlor, and café, are all within walking distance. You can even walk to the U1 Buchenkamp line (or cycle there in 6 minutes), or you can take the bus (directly at the door) to the regional train or to U1 Ahrensburg West. The market in both Volksdorf and Ahrensburg is approximately 3 kilometers away, reachable by bicycle in 10–15 minutes. Aldi Buchenkamp is only a 5-minute bike ride through the forest, but right nearby you have the great farm shop with a wood-fired bakery. During the day, you can even dine out or buy cake right on the premises at the Robben Café.

Living here always feels a bit like a vacation.
