The apartment is fully equipped with both appliances (fridge, microwave, hotplate, washer-dryer combination) and furniture (as shown on photos), so no additional expenses are required upon move-in – ideal for those seeking their first independent living arrangement or for foreign tenants (studying, interning, or on a shorter work stay) who will eventually return to their home countries and do not require their own furnishings in the Czech Republic.
