We offer a fully furnished apartment including all household appliances. The existing fitted kitchen with crockery as well as the complete furnishing save you the time and expense of setting up a new place. The apartment is approximately 35 m² in size and available immediately. The base rent including the furnishings is €620. The additional costs flat rate including electricity is €140. Since this is a flat rate, there will be neither an additional costs statement during the rental period nor any extra payment after the end of the lease. The total rent is therefore €760 per month.

Since the building's technical room, which serves the entire house, is located in the apartment, we would like to agree with the tenant that we may have access to this room when needed (approximately 1–2 times a year) – of course only after prior appointment.

Additional notes:

• Pets are not allowed.

• Security deposit for an open-ended lease: 3 months’ base rent.

• Maximum 2 persons (for a second person, the additional costs flat rate increases by €60).

• Personal liability insurance is required for each person.
